I’ve come to terms with this show being what it is now, and I love it. It’s two days a week, and they obviously love this show still. Supernatural, paranormal, cryptozoology, with some silly paranormal newswire stories.

James Youlton, worst interview ever!

I normally enjoy your show but the episode on June 30th, 2019 'The Government Doesn't want it's weather machine back' is one of your worst interviews ever. Not sure who did their research on this individual before deciding to bring him on but between his inconsistent story and smoke detector battery alert going off I just had to turn it off. Not sure how many others felt this way about it but there was nothing about his story that was believable. The man sounds as if he suffers from biopolar schizophrenia. Other than that, I enjoy most of your shows.

Episode issues

This episode was unlistenable bc of the smoke detector battery warning constantly going off. I would have liked to hear what he has to say by that hurt my ears so much I had to turn it off. PLEASE fix things like this before recording/posting!

Over a decade of life

I have listened since 2008 and have enjoyed both Dave and Tim as they lead us through the paranormal with laughs. Thanks to them for being brave about the times in life that aren’t so great. I have sent five bucks a month for True Crime for a while and have not been disappointed yet. Beth Grimwood

Used to be good

Unfortunately Dave has bigger better things to do now. I don't blame him, just life. Used to be on every night now wait all weekend for disappointment. Tim doesn't bring the host vibe but is a good producer.

Fun and entertaining.

Supernatural News is probably my favorite segment they have. Yes they have interviews but with the news segment, they get to insert a brand of comedy that is ubiquitous to them. Their enigmatic approach to the supernatural is exactly what is needed in this genre. Lighthearted accompanied with a little satire that has turned me into a dedicated listener. They also have some 80s and 90s references that only a guy like me and appreciate. Thank you Tim and Dave. Yes I said to Tim first. Please continue to churn out these wonderful episodes for many more years to come. Respectfully, Rich Reyes.

The best paranormal show ever - hands down

I’ve been a listener for years. I love the combination of the seriousness and the lighter side when Dave and Tim read Parashare stories and the Paranormal news. They keep me laughing, so much I get strange looks from my coworkers. It is funny listening to the early days when they were on the radio and being sooo professional and somewhat monotone to what they are today. Awesome transition. If you like the paranormal (haters go home) this podcast is a must...!!!! Keep up the great job Tim and Dave. Oops, I mean Dave and Tim LOL

Addictive and entertaining!

From the frightening to the farcical, Beyond the Darkness has it all! The regular segments, such as Para-share and Theatre of the Mind, are delightful and intelligent, grabbing your attention and leaving you terrified and terrifically amused! Tim and Dave are both excellent hosts and agile interviewers, bringing the best (and sometimes the worst!) out in every guest they talk to. Exceptional broadcasting and sound quality top off this one of a kind podcast. 5 stars!

Review

I have listened to Dave and Tim for the past three years . During the three years I have listened to them they have help answer questions to experiences I have had myself and with others . Those out of place events that we all have asking did that just happen did I really just see that and we try to blame it on lack of sleep and stress. Dave and Tim dive into all the subjects with open minds and ask the best questions .On top of that if you need a good giggle or a full belly laugh these guys can give that to you too. This show is great . If your curious or just have a fascination with the unusual this is the show for you.

Good Interaction

Dave and Tim have been great about reading my emails, and playing my stories. Even with all of the work they have to do, Dave still responds to my emails. I'm very appreciative of the work and topics they give us each weekend. It's one of my joys geting to the weekend, and listening while I clean the house.
